Relationship problems

In every aspect of our daily lives we experience relationships, whether they be with family, friends, loved ones, partners or work colleagues.  Sometimes problems arise in our relationships and we feel unable to understand or control the situation, we can become fearful of saying anything and this leads to a breakdown in communication.

If you are experiencing problems with any type of relationship, including the relationship you have with yourself, it is important to be able to recognise and work through the problems before they become all consuming.

Breakdown in relationships can lead to bitterness, resentments and unnecessary avoidance leading to increased sick leave in order to avoid a situation or colleague, onset of depression and feelings of anxiety and panic.

These problems won’t go away on their own, they will remain with you and increase their hold on your daily interactions and how you feel about yourself.

If you need to talk through a problem with a relationship or situation you find difficult to face, contact me to see how you can move into a healthier way of coping with relationships.
