From time to time we can all suffer from emotional problems, however panic attacks and anxiety can become crippling and cause you to become isolated and fearful of everything around you. These can be triggered by a variety of events and situations and the effects will continue unless you address the problem and seek help.
People who tell you to get over it are not helping, you need to be able to talk openly about your feelings and challenge this problem.
